EK MADDE-1 (ADDITIONAL ARTICLE 1) TRANSFER APPLICATION RESULTS
The evaluation results of the horizontal transfer applications submitted to the undergraduate programs of our Faculty for the 2026-2027 Fall Semester under the Ek Madde-1 (Additional Article 1) based on Central Placement Score and DGS Score are announced below.

Final registration may be completed in person or by a person authorized through a notarized power of attorney.
Students who complete their final registration must register for courses through OBS and pay the applicable Contribution Fee/Tuition Fee within the periods specified in Balıkesir University 2026-2027 Academic Calendar.
FINAL REGISTRATION DATES
Students whose horizontal transfer applications have been accepted must complete their final registration between 24-28 August 2026.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR FINAL REGISTRATION
- Petition (For the petition template, click here. )
- An approved document obtained from the university where the student is currently enrolled, stating that there is no obstacle to the student's horizontal transfer.
- Student Certificate (Must be approved by the university where the applicant is currently enrolled or obtained through the Turkish e-Government Portal.)
- Document Showing No Disciplinary Penalty (Must be approved by the university where the applicant is currently enrolled. This information may also be included in the transcript.)
- Transcript (An official document showing all courses taken by the applicant at the university where they are currently enrolled and the grades received for these courses. It must be signed and stamped, electronically signed, or obtained through the Turkish e-Government Portal.)
- For applicants applying based on Central Placement Score: The applicant's YKS Result Document (internet printout) for the year in which the applicant was admitted to their current university/program.
- For applicants applying based on DGS Score: The applicant's DGS Result Document for the relevant year.
- Undertaking Form
- Photocopy of the Identity Card / Turkish Republic ID Card.
- Photograph (1 copy).
FOR STUDENTS REQUESTING COURSE EXEMPTION
Students who wish to request course exemption must submit the following documents during the final registration process:
- Course Contents for the Courses for Which Exemption Is Requested (The course contents obtained from the Bologna Information Package/Course Catalogue of the university where the applicant is currently enrolled must be prepared in PDF format and sent to fef@balikesir.edu.tr during the final registration process. There is no need to submit printed copies of the course contents or course plan. A wet signature is not required on the course contents.)
