E-signature Requests for Academic Personnel with Administrative Duties:
Our University covers the e-signature fee for administrative unit managers (Rector, Vice Rectors, General Secretary, Coordinator, Department Head, and Branch Manager), academic unit managers (Deans and Vice Deans, School Principals and Vice Principals, Department Heads and Vice Department Heads, Department Heads, Faculty and College Secretaries, and Center Directors), and faculty members authorized to write e-prescriptions at the Faculty of Medicine.
The following e-signature request form, in Excel format, must be attached to the e-signature request letter sent via the EBYS system through the Department Head.

Individually Paid E-Signature Requests for Non-Administrative Academic Staff:
E-signature fees for non-administrative University staff are covered by the applicant. The Tubitak Public Certification Center has made changes to the individual payment application process for academic staff as of April 25, 2022.
For academic staff only, e-signature applications will be submitted through the Dean's Office or Rectorate through ebys (e-signature application process), and will be handled entirely by the user.
Academic staff requesting an individual payment e-signature can submit their applications via the Online Transactions page at https://kamusm.bilgem.tubitak.gov.tr/ (login required) under the menu "NES Transactions (Qualified Electronic Certificate)" -> "Individual Transactions" -> "Application Procedures" -> "Personally Paid Applications."
On the relevant page, a query will verify whether the applicant is a university employee.
The certificate generated from this screen will be valid from the moment it is generated.
If the user has a Qualified Electronic Certificate, it can be used until its expiration date.
In cases of loss/stolen, the individual must first deactivate their certificate by following the steps on the KAMU SM Online Transactions page: QEC Transactions -> Individual Transactions -> Cancel/Suspend My Certificate.
