2026-2027 Academic Year Fall Semester Inter-Institutional Transfer 3rd Group Reserve Candidate Announcement
Within the scope of the applications for inter-institutional transfer for the 2026-2027 Academic Year Fall Semester, the status of the 3rd group reserve candidates has been evaluated in accordance with the available quotas.
The results concerning the 3rd group reserve candidates are presented in the table below.
Placement into the appropriate year of study will be determined following the evaluation of course exemption requests submitted by students during final registration.
Final registration must be completed in person or by a person authorized by a notarized power of attorney.
Students who complete their final registration must register for courses through OBS and pay the tuition fee/contribution within the periods specified in Balıkesir University's 2026-2027 Academic Calendar.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR FINAL REGISTRATION

Application Form
For the application form, please click here. - An approved document obtained from the university where the student is currently enrolled, stating that there is no obstacle to the student's transfer.
- YKS Result Document (internet printout) for the year in which the candidate enrolled in their current university/program.

Student Certificate
The document must be approved by the university where the candidate is currently enrolled or obtained through the Turkish e-Government Portal (e-Devlet). -
Document Certifying No Disciplinary Penalty
The document must be approved by the university where the candidate is currently enrolled. If the information indicating that the student has no disciplinary penalty is included in the transcript or student certificate, a separate document is not required. -
Transcript
An official document showing all courses taken by the candidate at their current university and the grades received in those courses. It must be signed, electronically signed, or obtained through e-Devlet. -
Course Descriptions and Course Plan
Course descriptions and the course plan must be obtained from the Bologna Information Package/Course Catalogue of the university where the candidate is currently enrolled. These documents must be prepared in PDF format in the order of the courses listed on the transcript and sent to fef@balikesir.edu.tr during final registration. Printed copies do not need to be submitted. Wet signatures are not required on course descriptions. -
