2026-2027 Academic Year Fall Semester Inter-Institutional Transfer 2nd Group Reserve Candidate Announcement
Within the scope of the 2026-2027 Academic Year Fall Semester Inter-Institutional Transfer applications, the status of the 2nd group reserve candidates has been evaluated in accordance with the available vacant quotas.
The results concerning the 2nd group reserve candidates are shown in the table below.
Class placements will be determined as a result of the evaluation of course exemption requests submitted by students during final registration.
Final registration may be completed in person or by a person authorized by a notarized power of attorney.
Students who complete their final registration must complete their course registration through OBS and pay the Contribution Fee/Tuition Fee within the periods specified in the Balıkesir University 2026-2027 Academic Year Academic Calendar.

Petition
For the petition form, click here. - An approved document obtained from the university at which the student is currently enrolled, stating that there is no obstacle to the student's transfer.
- YKS Result Document (internet printout) for the year in which the candidate enrolled in the university/program in which they are currently registered.

Student Certificate
It must be approved by the university at which the candidate is currently enrolled or obtained through e-Government. -
Document Showing No Disciplinary Penalty
It must be approved by the university at which the candidate is currently enrolled. If information stating that the candidate has no disciplinary penalty is included in the transcript or student certificate, a separate document is not required. -
Transcript
An official document showing all courses taken by the candidate at the university at which they are currently enrolled and the grades received for these courses. It must be wet-signed, electronically signed, or obtained through e-Government. -
Course Contents and Course Plan
Course contents and the course plan must be obtained from the Bologna Information Package/Course Catalogue of the university at which the candidate is enrolled. These documents must be prepared in PDF format according to the order of the courses listed in the transcript and sent to fef@balikesir.edu.tr during final registration. There is no need to submit a printed copy. Wet signatures are not required on the course contents. -
