Procedures to Be Completed by Students
1. Students Granted an Additional Study Period

Students granted an additional study period must complete their course registration through the Student Information System (OBS) in order to continue their studies during the additional period granted to them, starting from the Fall Semester of the 2026-2027 Academic Year.

Students who complete their course registration may continue their studies during the additional period by benefiting from the rights available to active students.

Students are required to take their failed courses during the additional period, participate in the examinations of these courses, and fulfill the requirements for graduation.

Important: At the end of the additional study period, students with 1 (one) failed course will be granted unlimited examination rights for the failed course. Students with more than one failed course will have their enrollment at our University terminated.
2. Students Granted Unlimited Examination Rights

Students granted unlimited examination rights must complete their course registration through the Student Information System (OBS) during the course registration periods specified in the academic calendar in order to continue their studies within the scope of the rights granted to them.

Students benefiting from unlimited examination rights continue to pay the contribution fee/tuition fee determined per course and complete their course registration. Students cannot take examinations without completing course registration.

Students with one failed course may take the final, make-up or single-course examinations for the failed course without limitation.

Students who have obtained unlimited examination rights because their GPA is below 2.00 may take the final or make-up examinations of courses of their choice for the purpose of improving their GPA.

Attention for students using unlimited examination rights due to GPA: If they fail the examinations they take for the purpose of improving their GPA and receive an FF grade, their unlimited examination rights will continue; however, they are required to pass the courses in which they have failed.
Important: Students who do not take the examinations offered for a total of 3 (three) academic years, consecutively or intermittently, shall be deemed to have waived their unlimited examination rights and their enrollment at our University will be terminated.
