Students can obtain their Student Certificate and Transcript through e-Government by logging into the e-Government portal using their e-Government passwords.

Additionally, active term course registrations can be edited through the OBS system, as described below.

The Student Certificate (in Turkish or English - those enrolled in courses during the active term can document it), the Transcript (in Turkish or English), and the Disciplinary Status Certificate must be requested electronically through the Student Information System (OBS) as described below.

Log in to the system by clicking https://obs.balikesir.edu.tr/. Then, from the left-hand menu on the screen that opens, select User Actions > Document Request to request an electronically signed document.

Once the request is documented, the "Show Document" button will become active next to the requested document. Clicking the "Show Document" button will print the document.

Documents will be submitted electronically through the system and will be located below the relevant work code page. No additional signature or seal is required.
