According to Article 24, Paragraph 5 of the Balıkesir University Regulation on Education, Training, and Examinations:
Students who have fulfilled the attendance and practice requirements for all courses, except for internships, are granted the right to take a single course exam if they have failed only one course. In addition, students who have passed all courses but cannot achieve the required 2.00 GPA for graduation may take a single course exam in a course of their choice, provided that the grade obtained in this exam would be sufficient to raise their GPA to at least 2.00.
Single course exams will be held on the dates specified in the academic calendar. To pass the single course exam, a minimum grade of DD is required. The midterm exam score will not be taken into account in determining this grade.
Single Course Exam Date: 13 February 2026

Application Date for Single Course Exam: 11 February 2026
(Do not apply before this date. Applications submitted after this date will not be accepted.)
How to Apply: Applications must be submitted through the Single Course Exam Application module under Application Procedures in the Student Information System (OBS). Students experiencing issues with the application process should contact fef@balikesir.edu.tr and explain the problem.
