According to Article 19, paragraph 3) of the Balıkesir University Education, Training, and Examination Regulations:
Students who have met the attendance and practice requirements for all courses except internships and received a grade of FF in a single course, or who fail to achieve the 2.00 GPA required for graduation despite receiving a passing grade in all courses, are granted the right to take a single-course exam in a course of their choice on the dates specified in the academic calendar, provided that they are able to raise their GPA to at least 2.00 with the help of the grade they receive on this exam. To pass the single-course exam, a minimum letter grade of DD is required. The midterm exam grade is not taken into account in determining this letter grade.
Single Course Exam Date: September 17, 2025 (Single course exams will be administered face-to-face in the classrooms and at the times announced on the department websites.)
Single Course Exam Application Date: September 15, 2025 (Applications submitted after this date will not be accepted.)
Application Method: Applications must be submitted through the Single Course Application Procedures module in the Student Information System (OBS).
