Registration of Lateral Transfer Reserve Candidates (3rd Group)
Registration Date for 3rd Group Reserve Candidates: September 11-12, 2025
Registration must be made in person or by a notarized representative at the Student Affairs Office between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM on business days.
Registered students must register for courses through the OBS system and pay the tuition fee within the timeframes specified in the Balıkesir University 2025-2026 Academic Year Calendar.
Documents Required for Registration
1- Petition
2- Course Exemption Request Petition
3- Transcript (An official document from the current university showing all courses taken and the grades received from these courses. (Must be signed in writing or electronically signed, or obtained from e-Government.)
4- Course Descriptions (Students must download the PDF contents of all successfully completed courses from the current university's Information Package and send them to fef@balikesir.edu.tr on the day of registration.)
5- Student Certificate (must be certified by the student's current university or obtained from e-Government)
6- Document confirming that the student has not received any disciplinary action. (Certified by the student's current university. This may be included on the transcript.)
7- Document confirming that there are no obstacles to the student's transfer. (Certified by the student's current university.)
8- Student Selection and Placement Exam (ÖSYM) Result Certificate and ÖSYM Placement Certificate (online printout) for the year the candidate enrolled in the current university/program.
9- Copy of ID card
10- Photograph (1 copy)
11- Document confirming that the candidate is in the top 10% for students applying to formal education from a secondary education program.
