Excuse Exam Dates and Application Methods
Excuse Exam Dates:
For the Fall semester of the 2025-2026 academic year:
* Excuse exams for students who cannot take midterm exams due to excuses deemed valid by the Faculty Executive Board will be held in-person on December 22, 23, and 24, 2025.
* Excuse exam schedules will be announced on the departmental websites. Please follow the announcements on the departmental websites.
Application Method:
* Students who request a excuse exam in the fall semester must submit the make-up exam application form (with a document supporting the excuse) in person to the Faculty's Student Affairs Office by the close of business on Tuesday, November 25, 2025.
* Applications submitted without a completed excuse exam application form and a document supporting the excuse will not be considered.
