APPLICATION RESULTS

FALL SEMESTER OF THE 2026-2027 ACADEMIC YEAR

The evaluation results of the applications submitted to the undergraduate programs of our Faculty within the scope of Inter-Institutional Domestic Transfer (Based on Academic Achievement Score) for the fall semester of the 2026-2027 academic year are announced below.

Note: In accordance with the protection of personal data, the personal information of students included in the result lists has been masked before publication.

Results Announcement

The evaluation score for the applicants has been calculated using the following formula in accordance with Article 10 of the Balıkesir University Directive on Transfer between Associate and Undergraduate Programs.
Evaluation Score = (Applicant's ÖSYS Score / Base Score of the BAÜN Program in the Applicant's Year of Admission) × 60 + (Applicant's GPA / 4) × 40

Final registration can be completed in person or by a person authorized through a notarized power of attorney.

Students who complete their final registration must register for courses through OBS and pay the Contribution Fee/Tuition Fee within the periods specified in the Balıkesir University 2026-2027 Academic Calendar.

DATES REGARDING SUBSTITUTE CANDIDATES

A number of substitute candidates equal to the quota for main candidates has been determined. In the event that main candidates do not complete their registration, substitute candidates who are eligible for registration for the vacant quotas will be announced again on the dates specified below. If the quotas are filled, the announcement for the subsequent group will not be made.

Announcement Date for 1st Group Substitute Candidates: 07 September 2026
Final Registration Date for 1st Group Substitute Candidates: 08-09 September 2026

Announcement Date for 2nd Group Substitute Candidates: 10 September 2026 (after 17:00)
Final Registration Date for 2nd Group Substitute Candidates: 11-14 September 2026

Announcement Date for 3rd Group Substitute Candidates: 15 September 2026 (after 17:00)
Final Registration Date for 3rd Group Substitute Candidates: 16-17 September 2026

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR FINAL REGISTRATION

Petition
For the petition template, click here.
An approved document obtained from the university at which the student is currently registered, stating that there is no obstacle to the student's transfer.
YKS Result Document (internet printout) for the year in which the applicant enrolled in the university/program in which they are currently registered.
Student Certificate
It must be approved by the university at which the applicant is currently registered or obtained through e-Government.
Document Certifying No Disciplinary Penalty
It must be approved by the university at which the applicant is currently registered. If information indicating that the applicant has no disciplinary penalty is included in the transcript or student certificate, a separate document is not required.
Transcript
An official document showing all courses taken by the applicant at the university where they are currently registered and the grades obtained in these courses. It must be wet-signed, electronically signed, or obtained through e-Government.
Course Contents and Course Plan: Course contents and the course plan must be obtained through the Bologna Information Package/Course Catalog of the university at which the applicant is registered. These documents must be prepared in PDF format according to the order of the courses listed in the transcript and sent to fef@balikesir.edu.tr during final registration. No printed copies need to be submitted. Wet signatures are not required on the course contents.
