Registrations will be carried out in person or by an authorized representative with a notarized power of attorney at the Student Affairs Office during working hours between 08:00 and 17:00.
Students who complete their registration are required to register for courses via the Student Information System (OBS) and pay the Tuition/Contribution Fee within the periods specified in the Balıkesir University 2025–2026 Academic Calendar.
Final Registration Dates for Candidates:
Registrations will take place on February 9-10-11, 2026.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR FINAL REGISTRATION
1- Petition (Click HERE for the petition sample)
2- Student Certificate (Must be approved by the university where the student is currently enrolled or obtained via e-Government)
3- Document stating that the student has not received any disciplinary penalties (Approved by the currently enrolled university; this information may also be included on the transcript)
4- Document stating that there is no obstacle to the student’s horizontal transfer (Approved by the currently enrolled university)
5- ÖSYM Exam Result Document corresponding to the year the candidate enrolled in their current university/program (internet printout)
6- Photocopy of National ID Card
7- Photograph (to be uploaded to OBS)
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED IF COURSE EXEMPTION IS REQUESTED
1- Course Exemption Request Petition (Click HERE for the petition sample) (For students requesting course exemption)
2- Transcript (An official document obtained from the currently enrolled university showing all courses taken and grades received; must be wet-signed or electronically signed, or obtained via e-Government)
3- Course Contents (The student must download the course contents in PDF format for all successfully completed courses from the Information Package of their current university and send them to fef@balikesir.edu.tr on the day of registration) (For students requesting course exemption)
